Ambrosia Restaurant is pleased to present a world-class, 5-course meal beginning with a Sea Urchin Panna Cotta with Chilled Champagne-Shellfish Consomme and Osetra Caviar. The next course features Big Eye Ahi stuffed with Dungeness Crab topped with a Passion Fruit Vinaigrette. The third course features California Lobster Medallion with Oxtail-Potato Gnocchi Ragout and Garlic Parsley Foam. For the main course, guests are offered a choice of 4 exquisite entrees, including Grilled Snake River Farms “Kobe Style” New York Steak with Chanterelle Mushrooms, Mediterranean Daurade with Pearled Pasta, Oven Roasted Muscovy Duck and a “Duo” of Berskshire Pork Fire Roasted Tenderloin and Tender Braised Belly with Creamy White Polenta. The meal is finished up with a chocolate feast for the senses. Three dinner seating times are available: 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM and 9:15 PM and include tickets to an evening packed with live entertainment.
The entertainment begins at 5:00 PM with live jazz featuring Chris Williams in Ambrosia and the Vault VIP Lounge. The main stage performances start at 7:00 PM featuring top tribute performers celebrating the works of music’s divas (Cher, Janis Joplin and Aretha Franklin) and the Eagles and 2 top comedy acts. The evening ends with a fan-favorite performance of Elton John: A Tribute by Joel Mason. Joel will host a champagne toast to welcome in the New Year on the main stage. Live jazz continues after the main stage show down in VIP Vault Lounge.
Tickets for full evening’s entertainment start at $200 per person based on dinner seating time and a $75 per person deposit is required at time of reservation.
