On Monday, December 31st guests will enjoy a specially created menu by Chef de Cuisine Karen Hayes and Pastry Chef Bruce Connell, while marveling at the city’s best panoramic skyline views of Washington, D.C. The menu features an array of delectable specialty dishes including Beef Carpaccio with shaved fennel, parmesan and extra virgin olive oil; Vanilla Scented Scallop with blood oranges and mache; Lemongrass Marinated Lobster with cashews, jasmine rice and a coconut kaffir lime sauce; and Warm Pear Ginger Cake with almond milk foam and champagne sorbet.
