Extensive New Year’s Eve Buffet with items such as yellow tail red snapper seasoned in a five-chili rub, blue cheese pork cutlets and crispy calamari. Choose from beef, seafood or pasta stations, which include hand-carved prime rib, fresh shrimp and rustic rigatoni in addition to seasonal salads and cheeses. Finale includes an array of desserts including a chocolate fondue or crème brulee station, cheesecakes and pies from award-winning pastry chef David Ramirez and his team.
Restaurant and hotel guests are invited to watch the New York City ball drop on the big screen located in the Rose Garden. A special room rate of $129 is available to guests who book and dine in either of the restaurants, based on availability.
