New student enrollment for the Waynesville School District.

Enrollment forms are located at the district's website, www.waynesville.k12.mo.us or may be picked up at the School Liaison Office in Bldg 470, room 1102 on Fort Leonard Wood.

New students seeking enrollment are required to provide the following: a regisiered birth certificate, completed physical examination form signed by a physician, shot recordm last grade card (if applicable), proof of a comprehensive vision exam (new kindergarten & 1st grade students only)m, transfer records (if provided), and any other information available from previous school.
