New South Reading Series September 12, 2008

The inaugural season of the New South Reading Series at Wordsmiths Books will showcase the young, talented, and award-winning writers from the New South's Writing Workshop at Georgia State University. These "emerging" writers have already received national and international acclaim, publishing books with Bloomsbury, Carrol and Graf, and St. Martin's Press. Their work has also appeared in journals such as The Best American Poetry, The Gettysburg Review, Glimmer Train, Poetry, and Blackbird.
