This class blend pilates mat exercises with ballet-infused and full-body integrated movements to enliven the deeper stabilizer muscles to improve posture and alignment. Moves tone the muscles of the arms, back, legs, butt and abs, increase flexibility and stirs up the body heat, so we feel amazing! Please bring a mat, towel or blanket.
