New Jersey State Barbecue Championship & Anglesea Blues Festival July 10, 2009

Come witness barbecue teams from around the country show off their skills in a quest for the best. Mouth watering ribs, chicken, brisket and pork, masterfully marinated and seasoned, then smoked for hours to the point of perfection. This ain't just grilling, this is art! But that ain't all! Nothing goes better with lip smackin' barbecue than smokin' hot blues. The Anglesea Blues Festival, held in conjunction with the NJ State Barbecue Championship will be bringing the best blues acts this side of Beale Street.
