Every autumn, nature displays a show of vibrant colors. The leaves that were once green transform to bright yellow, orange, and red. Join us for a two-day excursion in the White Mountains of New Hampshire as we admire nature's brilliant colors and explore the northern forest ecosystem. We will stop at several stellar locations to hike short, moderate trails, learning about forest and avian ecology as we go. Be sure to bring your camera! We will overnight at the AMC Pinkham Notch/Joe Dodge Lodge, where we will relax and enjoy comfortable accommodations and hearty meals. It will be a fascinating outdoor exploration during which we will experience spectacular views, sunsets, and even waterfalls. Registration is required. Call 978-887-9264 for details.
