Dr. Kool will lead presentations on a set of three themes:
* “Nature Deficit Disorder”: what do we know about how children connect with nature and what we can do to encourage that connection.
* Hope and despair in environmental education and communication: the psychological impact of the language that we use.
* Changing Behaviours: the use of persuasive communication and the power of social norms.
