Have you tried the Community Yoga classes and prefer something a little slower paced? Or maybe you're new to yoga and need a great introductory class? Our Community Slow Flow yoga is moving to Tuesday nights to accommodate those of you who work during the day and want a class that will relax and restore you before bed. Take this class as a complement to your other practice/fitness routine or just as an end to a long day to remind you to take it one breath at a time.
