Come on Fridays and join our awesome teacher, Mecca, in a unique dance fitness class using light weights, phat beats, and low impact movement! Cardio Ballet Barre will take your mind and your body on a journey. Tone, sculpt and lengthen your muscles through ballet. The class structure begins with floor stretches and core strengthening, continues to barre toning exercises, and finally concludes with a muscle relaxing stretch and meditation.
First Class is FREE on Friday, January 9th, 6:30-7:30 PM.
