Nepali Festival July 24, 2010

The Nepal Association for Global Cooperation is holding a cultural and ethnic food festival at Laney College on July 24 & July 25 in an attempt to unite the Nepalese community in the East Bay and around the globe. We hope to promote our identity, culture, and prosperity.

Come and enjoy the food, the cultural performances and films about Nepal. Over thirty booths with ethnic crafts and food will highlight the festival. If you can’t tell the difference between Nepali and Indian, then you definitely want to come to this event.

Global cooperation is our objective, and we believe that we can promote it through international understanding and partnerships. “Think globally and act locally” is our working style. We extend our hands in partnership with organizations that have similar or near similar objectives and activities.
