NDDC Downtown Forum: The Phipps Center for the Arts Aug 2 August 2, 2005

The speaker for the August NDDC Downtown Forum will be John H. Potter, Executive Director of the Phipps Center for the Arts in Hudson, Wisconsin. The Phipps Center is a $7 million facility built and funded by the Phipps Foundation. It is the home of a wide variety of arts programming, including music, theater, and visual arts as well as extensive educational programming. Mr. Potter will speak on bringing together a diverse arts community to enrich the lives of people living throughout the river valley.

This is the first event in the 2nd annual ArtSwirl: 10 days of the ARTS, co-sponsored in part by the Northfield Arts Guild and the Northfield Downtown Development Corporation.
