Nazareth College Screens "Vanishing of the Bees" October 4, 2011

The Nazareth College Office of Multicultural Affairs proudly presents the award-winning documentary "Vanishing of the Bees." This fascinating film, narrated by Oscar-nominated actress Ellen Page, explores the mysterious “colony collapse disorder” of honeybees all over the world, signifying a serious disturbance in our food production system and our environment. The film will be screened October 4, 2011 at 4 p.m. in the Forum, located in the Otto A. Shults Center at 4245 East Avenue, Rochester, N.Y. 14618. It is free and open to the public. Maryam Heinen, the film’s acclaimed director, will give a short presentation following the screening.
