Stretch your body and your imagination! Join us Saturdays in October and November for a morning of yoga fun just for kids led by Kim Mason. Kim will use breathing exercises, basic postures, games and crafts to help kids connect with their bodies and the natural world. Explore different parts of the environment during each class: do frog poses at the pond, tree poses in the redwoods, and flower poses among the gardens. Touch, taste and smell plants, discovering the wonders of nature. Develop strength and flexibility while learning how to focus and relax to keep your mind and body feeling great! Prepaid registration only / Call by Wed before each class / 657-278-3407. Snacks will be provided. Wear shoes that can easily be taken off and put on and comfy, layered clothes.
