Through films, discussions, and lectures, follow stories of adoptees who pursue the secret of their original identity. Oh Janine thanks - you're so far away though! Believe me if I were closer I would. I added the event because I've got a widget pulling my flagged events into my blog, and I wanted this class to get some attention on the front page instead of scrolling off. But thanks again! Come teach it on the East Coast!! :)

There is still room in this class if you would like to join us. Disucss your own experiences with adoption, learn about the history of sealed records, and get details on how a few states have changed their laws and now give actual birth certificates to adopted people on request as adults.
It's easy to register online with a credit card, or in person with a check. I look forward to meeting you there on Tuesday evening when I plan to show a segment of one of my favorite TV movies, about an older adoptee who uses the Internet to look for her original family.
