Native Gardening Fall Workshop: Plentiful Harvest October 3, 2009

Janette Biggs, a Native American Herbal Medicine Practitioner and Plant Conservation Specialist of the Woodland Alliance of Indiana, Inc., will be hosting a series of workshops throughout the year focusing on native gardening. The fall workshop is entitled 'Plentiful Harvest: How To Make It Last,' and includes a nature walk, as well as exciting and informative topics such as learning how to maintain your garden, how to harvest, dry, and store your plants, as well as how to make herbal salves and ointments.
