Stressed out? Enjoy free tea, discover how to relax and learn the difference between normal stress and anxiety and something more serious at a special event at Teaism at Penn Quarter.

Jerilyn Ross, President and CEO of the Anxiety Disorders Association of America (ADAA), Director of The Ross Center, and author of Triumph Over Fear, will discuss how to reduce everyday stress. She’ll also explain when persistent stress and excessive anxiety may be an indicator of something more serious, namely an anxiety disorder. Complimentary refreshments will be served.

The event is part of National Stress Øut Week – a week created by the ADAA to increase awareness of stress, anxiety and anxiety disorders.

At TEAISM AT PENN QUARTER ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 5:30 PM, you can learn healthier ways to handle stress than developing an espresso dependency.
