Special displays and activities for youth and adults will be present. Among them are turkey calls, deer and duck mounts, furbearer pelts, knife collections, flytying demonstrations, flycasting demonstrations, kids' spincast exercises, kids' duck decoy tosses, and a knifemaking forge.
Free parking is available along the streets in the River Market District of downtown Little Rock. A walkway next to the Museum of Discovery leads to the nature center. Admission is free thanks to voters' passage of Arkansas constitutional Amendment 75 of 1996.
