Each year on the first Saturday in May, homebrewers unite non-brewing and brewing friends and family to celebrate National Homebrew Day, joining with thousands of homebrewers from around the world in brewing the same recipes and sharing a simultaneous toast at noon Central Time.
In recognition of National Homebrew Day, the Firkin Homerackers (a homebrew club) will be providing demonstrations of how to brew beer at home. Both partial-mash/extract and all-grain brewing will be performed. Open to the public. Homebrew should be available for tasting and feel free to bring your own for discussion if you wish.
Drinking age preferred though families are welcome.
