Nashville Adventure Boot Camp for Women starts June 8th! Adventure Boot Camp has finally arrived in Nashville, TN! Ladies, grab your running shoes and hand weights and get ready to jump start your day with a challenging and energizing workout. Camp starts at 5:45 AM Monday October 26th, inside the Student Activities Center at Lipscomb University! Boot Campers will meet for one hour per day for 4 weeks. They can choose either the intensive five-day program that meets Monday-Friday, or a three-day program (M,W,F). Also, a new night class is also available at 6:15 PM! Josh Allen, who is a Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor, operates this camp.

Josh says, “What I love about Adventure Boot Camp is the variety of the workout and the camaraderie of the campers. Nashville Adventure Boot Camp will give you a jump-start to your fitness plan in a fun and supportive environment. You don’t have to worry about getting bored with the monotony of a routine because every day at camp is different.” Expected results are: a 3-5% reduction in body fat, 5-12 pounds weight loss, 1-3 inch reduction in the midsection, and a 100% increase in confidence.

The objective of the camp is to offer the benefits of a personal trainer combined with the support of others reaching for similar goals. The accountability of a group helps the campers challenge themselves more than they would if they were working out on their own. All levels of fitness are welcome and each woman will work at her own level.

Adventure Boot Camp was developed in Orange County, CA by Dr. John Spencer Ellis, an internationally renowned fitness expert and author. Now, Adventure Boot Camp has finally made its way to Nashville! Information is available online at www.NashvilleBootCamp.com or by calling (615) 347-4973.

This Sunday is the big show for me this month. It will be a benefit for breast cancer.

Helen walked the walk this weekend, from 6am Friday morning until 5pm Sunday, covering 60 miles. She and around 2,000 others trekked around San Francisco and Marin County SF BAy Area Breast Cancer 3-Day. She has raised over $1,800 toward her personal fundraising goal of $2,200. This show will try to give her a final push to meet her target. There will be 10 acts of some of the best of the SF songwriting community. Come to donate to research, treatment, and screening of breast cancer.

If you cannot come to the show, you can still make a donation online and leave a note to Helen . If you have already, thank you so much. Feel free to pass this link on to friends and family to spread the word.
