Nashville Adventure Boot Camp will give you a jump-start to your fitness plan in a fun and supportive environment. You don’t have to worry about getting bored with the monotony of a routine because every day at camp is different.” Expected results are: a 3-5% reduction in body fat, 5-12 pounds weight loss, 1-3 inch reduction in the midsection, and a 100% increase in confidence.
The objective of the camp is to offer the benefits of a personal trainer combined with the support of others reaching for similar goals. The accountability of a group helps the campers challenge themselves more than they would if they were working out on their own. All levels of fitness are welcome and each woman will work at her own level.

This was the most organized, fun and exciting way to sell my son's slightly worn clothes and make a nice bit of pocket change in the process! Colleen and Kris did a fantastic job with the consignment event. If you did not participate before, you really should think about trying it out. They made it so easy and fun. I cannot wait for the next event! - Jill
In the fall I was able to participate in the consignment sale "Best Dressed for Less" at the Burlington Mall. Kris and Colleen did a fantastic job of running this sale. Everything was well planned and went smoothly. I dropped off and volunteers hung my clothes on specific racks, I came back to work 3 shifts that weekend and just couldn't get enough. The energy was upbeat and it was so clean and organized. Every night I was able to check what items had sold and view my progress. About 2 weeks later I got my check for 80% of my sales. The whole weekend was just fun, and I didn't even feel like I was working. I sold more than half of my items and am looking forward to the spring sale. -Noel
I consigned at the last Best Dressed for Less sale in the Fall of 2008 and I did AWESOME. I made almost $300. I had about 100 pieces of girl’s clothes in sizes from infant to 3T. I’d have to say that about 2/3 of my items sold. I priced things very reasonably, which I think helped a lot. I also made sure my items looked “like new” and were items that I would purchase myself. I can’t wait to do the Spring Sale! - Michelle
I have three children so every penny I can save really helps. My mother and I came to the Best Dressed for Less Sale in the fall of 2008. When we first arrived, we were impressed with how organized everything was, and how easy it was to find what we were looking for. I was excited to find really cheap play clothes and everyday clothes for all 3 of my children. Mostly I was excited to find stunningly beautiful, gently worn Christmas outfits for my children, which were cheaper than buying new and I was even able to match them. I will surely be back to shop at the next Best Dressed for Less sale. - Lori
Best Dressed for Less is SO much easier and more profitable than a yard sale! No need to get a permit, no worrying about the weather and no haggling with people over prices. I enjoyed volunteering and was able to work hours that met my schedule. It was FUN meeting new people and an added bonus to receive a higher percentage of my total sales! Best Dressed for Less made it all so easy. If you haven't consigned yet you MUST give it a try (you won't be sorry)! - Randa
