From now until January 2011, Gulf Coast native and executive chef at Nage Bistro, Glenn Babcock will offer a special red fish sandwich for $10, with all profits benefitting Gulf Coast relief, specifically to support fishermen, shrimpers and oystermen whose livelihoods are threatened by the oil spill.
The Gulf Coast Red Fish Sandwich is prepared in traditional Gulf Coast fashion and features a filet of buttery, mild red fish which is blackened and topped with lemon caper aioli. It is served on a house made ciabatta roll with lettuce and tomato and comes with a side of green cabbage slaw.
