NYE TASTING MENU

On New Year's Eve, Nage will serve a 5-course dinner courtesy of Executive Chef Miles Vaden. Diners will start off with A TASTY MORSEL, chef's own amuse bouche of the moment, as well as a selection of TEMPTING BEGINNINGS ranging from Salsify Bisque with crispy oyster and chervil oilto Foie Gras Torchon with port reduction, fig mostarda and brioche crostini. He will cook FROM THE SEA with dishes like the Lobster Gnocchi with arugula, tomato confit and cognac butter or the Crab-Crusted Local Fluke with swiss chard, crispy leeks and sauce meuniere. Heartier LET THERE BE MEAT courses will range from Pineland Farms Petite Filet with bone marrow, Cabernet demi, Yukon gold puree and bok choy, or the vegetarian-friendly Kaboche Squash Agnolotti with trumpet mushrooms and truffle butter. Nage will round out the meal with SWEET ENDINGS like Olive Oil Cake with Champagne sabayon and gooseberry compote and A PROPER SEND OFF of Chef Vaden's Petit Fours.
