Hailed for her highly individual, passionate and powerful sound, she has performed with many of the world's greatest orchestras and appeared at the White House in a command performance for the Arts and Humanities Awards. Her impressive discography ranges from classics to crossover recordings, including her 2002 Latin Grammy Award-winning collaboration with Brazilian guitarists Sergio and Odair Assad. Pianist Anne-Marie McDermott has earned a reputation as one of the major classical piano talents of her generation. She has appeared as a guest artist at Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center and at the Mostly Mozart Festival in New York City.
