My Friend Tom w/ Hot Cheeze Soup and Autumn Boukadakis August 8, 2009

Previously known as the “Kenny Lee Young Trio”, “My Friend Tom” plays various distinct styles that incorporate rock, hip-hop, and funk. Jorge Urie (drummer) has been highly infulenced by Tool and Dredg while Kenny Lee Young (singer/rhythm guitar) has enjoys listening to Jack Jonhson along with the underground hip-hop genre. Although Joe Ramas listens to mostly trick-hop and techno, he plays a funk heavy bass guitar. All the band members have worked in either solo or other bands until recently joining forces to create and promote unity through music.
