Mustache Fest 2006 - June 17 - The River Club, Joliet, IL - You may be wondering what MustacheFest is all about. Well, wonder no more, friends and lovers. MustacheFest is a celebration of music and that hirsute feature we all know and love - the mustache. Now you might say, "What's the gimmick? What's the catch?" It's simple. Every member of every band that plays that night will be sporting a homegrown mustache. That's right. The upper lip of every rock n roller will be covered in manfuzz. If you can't grow one, it's your obligation to find a suitable fake. If you're a woman, you also must find a reasonable facsimile for the evening. Every one who attends and sports a mustache will receive a break on admission. Doors at 6 p.m. First band at 7:30 p.m. $7 at the door ($1 off w/mustache).
