Musicfest Vancouver presents Mariangela Vacatello, piano with Vetta String Quartet August 12, 2011

MusicFest Vancouver prides itself on providing opportunities for international collaborations, and we've saved one of the best for the finale of our Morning Chamber Music concerts. The day begins with the strings of Vancouver's popular Vetta ensemble playing Schubert's Quartetsatz, followed by solo Chopin fireworks by the charismatic and award-winning Italian pianist, Mariangela Vacatello. The concert culminates with the Vetta strings and Vacatello together performing Schumann's ever-popular Quintet. Part of the Morning Chamber Music Concerts of MusicFest Vancouver.
