Musicfest Vancouver presents Joe Chindamo & Friends with special guest Phil Dwyer August 13, 2011

Buoyed by the enthusiastic response from his shows here in 2010, Joe Chindamo is back from Australia one year later! Joe is known for the inventiveness of his musical landscapes and his ability to take us on complex and exciting improvisational journeys. Sharing the stage with Chindamo will be Canadian saxophonist Phil Dwyer and popular Vancouver jazz greats Jodi Proznick (bass) and Craig Scott (drums). This promises to be an evening of improvisatory fireworks as jazz giants reunite! Part of MusicFest Vancouver's Jazz at the Rothstein series presented by Marsh Mercer.
