About the artists
In 2003 these young, engaging brothers from Vienna received standing ovations and were winners at the prestigious 4th Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition. They also walked away with the Musica Viva Special Prize, providing this opportunity to tour Australia.

PROGRAMME:

Like his good friend and former teacher Sculthorpe, Ross Edwards? distinctive sound-world draws on diverse Australian influences and celebrates our cultural diversity. Though Beethoven composed his ?Ghost? Trio in a period of great activity and success, its mood moves between elation and desolation.
