R. W. Smith and the California Cowboys deliver a powerful sound, with the clear punch of tight three-part harmonies. With such rowdy, foot stompin' original songs as “We Ride'em We Rope'em” and “Timberline”, it's easy to see how this band always goes over in a big way with any audience. As lead singer and songwriter, R.W. is the polished showman. He dances and jokes with the audience while delivering top billing entertainment. Together with drummer Hal Atkinson guitar player Gary Potterton (producer of “Grandma got run over by a Reindeer”), and bass player Cary Atkinson; these fine musicians form one of California's most successful country-western bands.

Along with Music on the Square, other exciting FREE events include; Movies on the Square on Thursdays, Dancing on the Square on Tuesdays as well as Lunchtime on the Square, a bi-weekly performance series on Mondays & Wednesdays. There will also be six special Art on the Square events coinciding with our concert series, Target Family Days on Sundays, as well as featured Shakespeare performances and Cultural Events on weekends.
