"Music Makes Me Dance" at Westfield Southcenter October 6, 2011

Join Westfield Southcenter for “Music Makes Me Dance” – for the month of October the Westfield Family program will feature music- and dance-themed Westfield Family Fun Days, kid and family-friendly activities celebrating music and instruments.

On October 6, kids will design their own guitars to take home, and be read to from “Gwendolyn, the Graceful Pig” by David Ira Rottenberg and Lesley Anderson, as well as “The All American Jump, Jive & Jig” by Christopher Raschka. Along with this book, kids will be treated to a few Charlie Parker tunes, and as always, a tasty snack. Two sessions each day, one from 10am-11am, and one from 11am-12noon.
