Music in the Vineyard August 12, 2012

Enjoy a summer classical concert on Harvest Inn’s picturesque Vineyard terrace overlooking the Leonardini Vineyards. The al fresco concert focuses on early works of Beethoven and includes a wine reception at intermission, hosted by the Inn.

Program: Pieces written in near exact succession, showing Beethoven’s ever more adventurous, expressive language:

• Beethoven: Horn Sonata, op. 17 – performed by Richard Todd, horn, and Wei-Yi, piano
• Beethoven: String Quartet, op. 18 no.3 – performed by The Pacifica Quartet
• Beethoven: Septet for winds and strings, op. 20
