The Cleveland Public Library Fine Arts Department is pleased to present the musicians of CityMusic Cleveland in a very special concert of chamber music on Saturday, April 14th, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the 3rd floor lobby of Main Library. This program is entitled "The Persecuted" and will feature works for string quartet and wind quintet by Arutiunian, Coleman, Cox, Dun, Shostakovich, Sontonga, Steincke, and Ung.

This program is part of a series of concerts called "The Persistence of Creativity" by CityMusic Cleveland leading up to their May perfromances of Hans Krása's children's opera "Brundibár".
