Murata Great Business Challange January 23, 2008

MURATA BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION:

This business plan competition is designed to encourage aspiring entrepreneurs looking to start a business. Applicants will develop a business plan and present it to a panel of judges at an event on April 29, 2008 . The winner will receive a prize package including 6-months free rent at the Murata Business Center and a board of advisors, among other prizes. Registration Deadline: February 19, 2008

Eligibility Requirements:

* Open to any resident in South Central PA.
* Winner will be required to begin and maintain the business at the Murata Business Center for a period of two years.
* Only non-retail business plans will be accepted.
* Existing companies in business for less than two years are eligible to compete.

The Murata Great Business Challenge is one of the business plan competitions within Start Me Up. Start Me Up is a three-tier business plan competition, awarding thousands of dollars in products and services to new and emerging businesses in the region.
