Multi-Material Micro Manufacture, 4M2006 September 20, 2006

The 4M2006, the second International Conference on Multi-Material Micro Manufacture (4M) will take place in MINATEC, Grenoble, France on 20th -22nd September 2006, and organised by the FP6-funded 4 Network of Excellence. http://www.4m-net.org/conference

The conference will build on the outstanding success of its predecessor 4M2005 and will include 6 Keynote Speakers to highlight some important aspects of 4M research, a Scientific Panel Discussion to debate the future of multi-material micro manufacture as well as an Industrial Panel Discussion, offering an Industrial viewpoint on the requirements that 4M technologies will need to satisfy. There will be 8 thematic sessions’ with presentations, covering aspects of manufacturing of metal, polymer and ceramic microstructures and their applications in Microsystems-based products.
