Communicable Arts presents
William Shakespeare's
Much Ado About Nothing
Saturday, August 2nd @ 2pm - Von King Park
670 Lafayette Avenue, between Marcy and Tompkins Avenue. Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn
Shakespeare’s tale of love gone wrong until it goes right has snappy banter, new-found love, an evil mastermind, false accusations, and fist fights - but that’s just the first half. The text dances with wit and tension in this comedy, but at the heart of the story is an examination of love stripped of its garnish and frills.
This is a free performance appropriate- and enjoyable- for all ages. The audience is encouraged to bring chairs or picnic blankets.
