A business can't survive without a foundation of trust. Trust is a business asset, and once destroyed can cripple your business permanently. Come hear Marsha Clark, Owner and Founder of Marsha Clark & Associates, as she offers choices for rebuilding trust in a business. Restoring customer or investor faith back in your business when it has been blemished by the current economic outlook is the first and foremost step to getting back on track. In addition to a framework for building trust, Marsha will present a model for exploring how trust is broken and steps to recover from a breach of trust. The Management Luncheon Series, sponsored by both the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management and Executive Education and HaynesBoone, is a luncheon that promotes and hosts programs focused on management issues in the high-technology field.
