Ms. Chante Biggest Loser Contest March 4, 2013

Starting March 4th - April 1st. Join me in Conway on Monday's and Wednesday's from 7pm-8pm or Morrilton from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
What do you need to do?
1. Register with Ms Chante by sending an email with your name, age and which location you will train.
2. Wear comfortable clothing, no jewelry or make-up needed
3.Show up to class with a bottle water and towel (if needed)
4. BE READY TO WORK!
This month contest will be judged on inches and weight. All information will be keep private. Each lady will get a food guide they should try during this time. You pay $35 for the Contest and that includes all classes and awards. Each week we give out awards to Drill Winners..that is fun thing. :)
Anyone can do the contest...if you already take classes you can join this or just pay your $5 per class fee.

Winner of the contest in each location will be given awards value of $200. Last year we did mini freezer for the car, $50 walmart gift card, ipod, camera, and more. Don't sleep on this event and ladies do not think you can not do it...we are all trying to reach a goal and I will support you 100%
