Michael Johnstone and life partner David Faulk have formed a dynamic, expressive duo with an unapologetic passion for fun. In a celebration of both the kitsch and the absurd, their eye for over-the-top ornamentation and costuming yield one of a kind outfits, hats and accessories via creative recycling. They then go out into the world to create images both whimsical and at times wistful,with a subtext addressing long term survival, the loss of kindred spirits and the joyful determination to vanquish all fear of a dismal planet.
