On Wednesday, July 21, Project Basho will be holding a free screening of the critically acclaimed Russian film "The Return" directed by Andrei Zvyagintsev. Winner of the the grand prize at the Venice Film Festival, this visually arresting film tells the story of two young brothers dealing with the confusing reappearance of their father after twelve years absence. Primarily shot in the Russian wilderness, the film presents masterful cinematography and a thought-provoking, emotionally charged narrative.
