Mountain Laurel Show May 20, 2010

Second Annual Mountain Laurel Show, opening reception May 21 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Sat. hours 1:00 - 6:00 PM and Sunday 1:00 - 5:00 PM. Wild at heART artists Marilu Tousignaut and Linda Harrison-Parsons host this event. Featured artists this year are sculptur Homer Yost and photographer Sarah Simpson. Marilu's daughters will be joing her this year, displaying thier photography and fiber arts along with Marilu's scratchboards. Linda will exhibit her pastel paintings and handmade paper pieces. This event is free and open to the public, rain or shine. The mountain laurel will be in bloom at this woodland studio gallery. The art is inspired by the nature outside the door, birds, deer, fox and sometimes a bear or two. Come enjoy the day, meet and talk with the artists.
