Mother's Day Peace Vigil downtown Anderson May 10, 2009

SILENT PEACE VIGIL
Grandmothers for Peace invite all mothers, fathers, and children to join together as we observe a silent peace vigil as a witness to our desire for a peaceful world for all children and grandchildren everywhere. We will stand in silence for one hour with no speeches or placards. Even if you can stay only part of the time, you are welcome.

TIME: From 3 P.M. to 4 P.M.
WHERE: Around the peace pole in the park, across from the Paramount Theater on Meridian Street
