Mother’s Day Dining at Spenger’s Fresh Fish Grotto May 8, 2011

On Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8, Spenger’s will be serving a limited a la carte menu showcasing traditional and most requested dishes for both lunch and dinner. Specials will include Grilled Wild Salmon with asparagus and tomato relish; Alaskan Halibut Oscar with red crab and Béarnaise sauce; Honey Glazed Ham with a sweet glaze and mashed potatoes; and Slow Roasted Prime Rib with au jus and horseradish. Every mother will receive a gift, compliments of the restaurant. The restaurant will open early at 10:00 a.m. and serve until 9:00 p.m.
