Mother's Day Brunch at O'H American Grill (Hyatt Regency O'Hare) May 11, 2008

Hyatt Regency OHare, 9300 Bryn Mawr Avenue, invites moms to celebrate their special day with gourmet dining and a champagne toast at an elegant Mothers Day Brunch on Sunday, May 11 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The brunch will be served in OH American Grill, the hotels luxurious new restaurant. A vast menu will include dining options ranging from gourmet breakfast selections to an international buffet and carving station. Begin the morning with delicious breakfast favorites including Made-to-Order Omelets, piping hot Belgian waffles with warm Maple Syrup, Eggs Benedict and delectable pastries. A Cold Buffet will offer a fresh Salad Station, imported Mozzarella with ripe Tomatoes and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, handcrafted American cheeses with oven-baked Breads and roasted nuts, and a Seafood Station with chilled Peel-and-Eat Shrimp, Smoked Salmon, Whitefish, Trout and Shucked Oysters. A Carving Station with Whole Roasted Salmon, savory Honey Baked Virginia Ham, and Peppercorn Crusted Kansas Strip Loin will also serve Rosemary Scented New Potatoes, hearty Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potato Salad, and freshly made Pecan Biscuits and Artisan Rolls.

For those with a taste for international cuisine, the Asian, Italian and Tex Mex stations will offer a tasty selection of classic and exotic favorites. Asian delights include a variety of California Rolls paired with Nigiri Salmon, Shrimp and Tuna; Seasoned Seaweed, Edamame and Tofu Salads; an eclectic Noodle Bar and a selection of Pot Stickers and Steamers. Delicious Italian selections such as an Antipasto and Grilled Vegetables, Risotto and baked-to-order Pizzas will be served. A Tex Mex Station will include carved-to-order Southwest Spiced Roasted Turkey and Pork Loin with warm Tortillas, Homemade Guacamole, Lime Jicama Salad, Vegetable Paella and more.

For dessert, guests will indulge in a sumptuous selection of cakes and cupcakes, cheesecakes, puddings, Maple Crme Brulee, and a copper mountain of flowing Chocolate served with cubed fruit, strawberries and marshmallows.
