There are no pre-set seating times – diners may make reservations at their preference. The meal begins with dishes including a House or Hydro Bibb Salad or Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, leading nicely into second course selections of Maine Lobster Bisque or Chanterelle, Spinach and Chevre Tartlet. Entrée choices include Wild Pacific King Salmon, Pan Seared Organic Airline Chicken Breast, or Prime Petite Fillet. The meal concludes with a choice of two distinct desserts: a Chocolate Grand Marnier Ganache topped with orange chantilly cream or a delectable trio of treats including a Fresh Fruit Tart, a Chocolate-dipped Strawberry and Passion Fruit Mousse with a Raspberry Purée.
