The Ann Arbor-based artisan tile manufacturer and retailer has won local and national awards for both its tile and its workplace culture. Founder and owner Nawal Motawi discusses the business, from its beginning in 1992 at the Farmer's Market to today's 12,000 square foot studio and over $2 million in annual sales.
