Join Morton’s co-founder, chef and author Klaus Fritsch at the King of Prussia location for cocktails, hors d’oeurves, and a book signing to celebrate the release of Morton’s Steak Bible. The Morton’s Steak Bible features grilling tips, recipes, and celebrity anecdotes from the world famous restaurant. Proceeds from a silent auction go to benefit ProStart, which provides scholarships to students studying the culinary arts.

$30 which includes a copy of the book, hors d’oeurves and cocktails.
