Moroccan Cooking Classes and wine tasting features a hands-on, relaxed cooking class with Chef Hamid, who will charm the pants off of anyone attending. The menu consists of favorites like eggplant dip, with homemade semolina breads, olive bread, Bastilla ( bsteya, and of course tagines and cous cous. Following the class, the group will enjoy wine from North Africa and Spain... and of course, to top off the event, bellydancing for everyone!
