The sun is the source of all life; it feeds us and all living beings with vital energy. We awake for a new day with the rising sun. Its energy is our own, and through morning yoga we can link ourselves to its infinite qualities of warmth and illumination. Through our breath and body we can experience the energy of the morning sun in our skin, muscles, and bone. In yoga we say "The Breath is Life". It is of the utmost importance and truly is the foundation of yoga practice. The breath, being as vast as the ocean, can take us beyond the limitations of self and allow us to grow in new ways through yoga. Come to the beach and reconnect with the beauty of nature, there is no better place to experience the physical benefits of Yoga than on a beautiful setting breathing the fresh clean ocean air.
My gentle 30 minute classes comprise of easy to perform poses and 5 minutes of meditation while you reconnect to the earth. I emphasize on deep breathing and concentration focusing on your inner self. I believe in leading a class by demonstrating each pose while giving precise verbal instructions so that you can progress at your own speed and ability without pressure to perform.

The gentle stretching, twisting and bending movements bring flexibility to the spine, joints and muscles of the body, as well as massaging the glands and organs. Circulation is improved, ensuring a rich supply of nutrients and oxygen to all cells of the body……
